Henry Clay Stewart collection, 1882-1884.

Consists of letters of Henry Clay Stewart sent to his parents who lived in Washington D.C. over the course of three years, while he was a student at the College of New Jersey (now Princeton University.) The letters give us a good cross section of the life of a Princeton student towards the end of the nineteenth century including his thoughts about the town of Princeton.
